Fun Fact: Classic/OG Roblox was 2006-2011, Golden era was 2012-2015, Modern era was 2016-2019, Pandemic (yes that’s a real Roblox era confirmed by the actual Roblox account) was 2020-2023, and renaissance era was 2024 January 1-May 22, May 23 2024 was OG Roblox (I might be hinting something you probably already know)

Roblox has been a huge part of my life and it really brings me joy to learn that Roblox seems to be shifting away from all the corporate stuff. I feel like it's been kind of lack luster especially after they discontinued the egg hunt and haven't done anything except focus on the stocks. I personally joined early 2017 but used to watch videos about roblox back in 2015-2016, so it really brings me nostalgia too see this.

I’ve been playing roblox since 2016 and I slowly started to quit because the game updated too much and nothing looks the same anymore. But hearing about this event actually kinda excites me
I had to create many accounts in roblox. I joined roblox in 2017-2019 when I was a kid, that was fun to play. Than I created another account in 2021, now I am still keep playing on that account for 3 years.
As a player that started in 2011, seeing the old logo again and the whole event in general brings tears of joy.

It would be cool if Roblox asked the devs of these games to go to their original form back when they first released or smth like that. Like add free things like for adopt me they add a free og pet or free rewards instead of grinding they get it for free or have a live event like jailbreak

A cool event quite similar to this that I would love to see some day would be if games like doors, adopt me and other games like that would have an update like you would get to play the 2018-2021 version of those games! Just imagine like that would be so cool!!! As long as they existed back then. I mean like just imagine playing the old doors before the hotel + update, or back when adopt me had the farm eggs, Christmas eggs or safari eggs. That would be amazing!

@Kreekcraft I have a lead. In bedwars and blade ball there are these weird classic portals in the lobby’s . I tried going in but it wouldn’t work it’s just has a barrier. I’m guessing these are portals to the lobby of the classic event please explore into this if so thank you.

i first joined roblox around the 2014 guest era, i remember playing as a guest and loved playing roblox so much to the point i'd get into trouble by not sleeping
i'm not happy they're not bringing back the old classic roblox games from back in 2019 and earlier then it'd make it more nostalgic
personally i perferred the old roblox where the guests existed and where tix was a thing and the free stuff that u used to get
nowadays everything requires robux and the roblox now isnt what it used to, especially with the dumb AI moderation instead of the classic human mods

To me it all seems like a way to capitalise of nostalgia. It seems like the game is gonna have a hub,and not an individual game where you'll get all the items. That's what I think made the old events so gilden.

Okay well the classic era of roblox was before i was even born.But I for some reason have a liking to vintage or old things.Probably why I just prepared myself on the Retrostudio egg hunt.But I love the classic and Golden Era.I have to say certain parts of Roblox in 2020 such as lots of fun story games but I absoloutely love old things.Thats probably also why I spent hours creating a virtual windows 98.

My classic roblox was 2017 when i was a kid. I used to come home every day from school with my friends and facetime up on my ipad, and we would play roblox.
