    What up, dudes? I told y'all I'd be back with a better machine, and here it is. Completely designed and built by myself, this build features a Flux deck and enclosure, 20s6p battery, 63100 motors, a Spintend controller, and Hypertrucks. I wasn't planning on pushing the board this hard, as I'm still getting the kinks worked out, but it was running great, so I sent it. The rear end was a little loose here from some unwelcomed preload changes, but this is what 10850 watts looks like. Sub to the channel and stay tuned.

    Ing out my unmodded LaCroix LSSS (~45mph). It's pretty crazy you can stay standing at 55mph. There are a lot of little imperfections in the drive train that vibrate and can cause wobbles at these speeds

      @@wiggpickle I like cruising at 35mph. It feels safe. After 35 I get excited-anxious and have to really put in some effort keeping the board stable.
      I noticed you are using a full foot strap on your front foot and not just a half strap/brace. I would love to ride with these, but I'm pretty concerned about falling with a 50-60lb board stuck to my feet. Doesn't that worry you falling with the board attached? It's a lot of additional energy to slow down with. I feel like it would rip my ankle up.

    Might just be me but feels like ur board isn't long enough for you (by foot placement) im short so mine works out well for me.. always remember how a trailer works, better to be further forward than stand in mid (specially mid turn where there is 50/50 weight distribution). HF, don't die! 😂❤

    • @wiggpickle

    What are the benefist of a 20p pack over something more normal like a 12p in the 2 in 1 boards?

    • @wiggpickle
      @wiggpickle  Před 2 lety +2

      Power and rpm. Wattage (power) is voltage multiplied by amperage. Motor rpm is dependent on voltage. The more voltage you have, the faster your motors will spin. So, with high voltage, you can have both torque and high speed. Take a 12s setup geared for 36 mph and apply 20s to it, it's now going to spin 60 mph. You retain all the torque of the 12s, but grow more power and rpm on top of that. Higher voltage is also more efficient.

    • @KK001
      @KK001 Před 2 lety

      @@wiggpickle is there any disadvantages to high voltage then because this sounds like all positive in terms of performance

    • @wiggpickle
      @wiggpickle  Před 2 lety +1

      No disadvantage outside of cost. You need more cells and battery building supplies. The electronics required to run higher voltage (esc, bms, motors) are more expensive.

    • @KK001
      @KK001 Před 2 lety

      @@wiggpickle thats interesting, i have no idea about electronics on this level so im clueless tbh. How are the motors handling such high voltage being basically overclocked unless theyre build for that.
