It’s on the outskirts so it’s not London like you imagine. She won’t be near the Thames etc a house like this is pretty standard for the outskirts of London with the money she has
It's not uncommon in the suburbs. It's places in the area of 'Greater London' that are disproportionately expensive. A childhood home closer to the inner city had a garden the size of a small shed. Another in the suburbs had a regular sized garden, front garden, garage AND driveway. All depends on area.

Your home is beautiful and I wouldn’t make any changes to the kitchen right now. It is great! I think the main thing is that you don’t really have a style. It seems that you buy things you like but it doesn’t create the look that you want. Take the time the commit to a style. Modern, farmhouse, transitional, country than start in your living rooms and stick to your style and you will see the results that you seek. I love your channel!
In Michael’s defense, it’s recommended that a home have 1 plant per 100 square feet. So for a 1500 sq ft home (yes I’m in the US and don’t do metric) you could have 15 plants 😃 Great job on propagation, Mike! 👨🏼🌾🌿👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Meanwhile I have tomatoes, golden pothos, corn plant, hydrangea, and jalepenos growing outside. Too hot for anything else.
I did have potatoes, several variety of lettuce, 2 variety of basil, mugwort. My daikon died with the rainy season and my carrots were wonky looking. My trees are doing well too I have frangipani, mulberry, avocado, and pink tab.
