Gurl, if I had the means and my work wasn't based where I live now, I would change countries every year lol.I am not from the country I live in and have lived in four different countries. I think it is very enriching and it builds character, it is also very mind-opening. The world is meant to be explored and enjoyed. So if you can, do it.

Hey Patricia - desk tip ... Pull it away from the wall and sit on the other side of it so that you're in the 'feng shui' command position. You'll notice a significant change. The idea is not to have your back to the entrance and also not having activity going on behind you while you're working/focusing. 🥰

@@scrubbingoffinternet5221 It doesn’t matter how big our houses are the US is going through a lot right now, people are fleeing the country. It’s better to save the heartache time and money. Especially when there’s control over what is being taught,laws being reversed for people of color and interracial marriages etc. The list goes on.
I know for sure there’s an entire community of African Americans who have moved to South Africa,just to mention one African country,and have no intentions of going back to the US

You’d be surprised to find out how they treat black people and/or foreigners there. They don’t care if you’re a kid, if you have money, or whatever, the struggle is REAL. You can ask Angolans (like myself), Brazilians, Cape Verdeans and Mozambicans about the situation, they’ll spill all the beans to you. 💋!

@@johanna2690 It depends on how long she stays there so she can fully experience everything. What happens it that as soon as they notice that you have no clue of what they’re saying, they start disrespecting you in portuguese. They can call you names and even charge you more for things (especially taxi rides). The reason why Portugal isn’t portrayed as a hostile country for black people and foreigners is because of the language barrier. Massive cases of racism and intolerance that take place there have no repercussion outside the Community of Portuguese-speaking countries, but we Portuguese speakers know the situation well.
@@johanna2690 being a tourist and living in a country is two different experiences. Locals are generally nice to tourists because they stay in tourist areas. Her children will have to go to school and she will have to be a part of a community. What a silly comment to make smh
