  • In this video I talk about benefits of intermittent fasting supported by latest scientific evidence. Fasting is part of many major religions of the world and in the modern era has become popularized for its health benefits and associated weight loss. Intermittent fasting challenges the brain and body similar to physical exercise or cognitive exercise and has been shown to have cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and neurological benefits. Intermittent fasting improves gut motility and decreases insulin resistance which combined are especially beneficial for obese people.
