I love the humor injected into this series as well as the storyline. It remains one of my favorites. Chun is vile to the core. All her evil sprang from her unrequited love for Fu Heng.
Chun reminded me quite a bit of Gao in this part, right down to the face she made as she heard the news. Also...the trying to make the Empress feel like she wasn't good enough bit.
Also, spicy Yinglou is good for him.
No doubt the empress enjoyed the frustration of the other concubines and consorts complaining about Ying Luo and the fact that the emperor favored her the most.😂 And when the fact that the emperor promoted Ling from concubine to consort the woman were green with envy and the empress secretly enjoyed the show.😂
Oh definitely. The Empress specifically supports Yingluo because she wants to take Chun down. After that...she turns on Yingluo 😅
