Ghostwatch is a very creative and entertaining movie. Frogman shows that local legends and cryptids are a great source of stories for horror movies. Thanks for the video!

Stopmotion sound super fun, I love movies that combine live action with other graphics. I used to love Bednobs and Broomsticks as a kid , especially for its graphics.
Great list! I'll be adding that and Monolith to my Letterboxd :)

Yeah, you know what you're right about that. To my understanding the Pet Sematary sequel gets a crap taken on by a lot of people. I actually enjoyed it almost as much as the original movie. I remember when I first saw this as a kid, my father rented it at an old Blockbuster Video store going back a long time ago after it came out on new release and I loved it. As a matter of fact, I still do love it just about the same to this very day. I think it's a very underrated film and doesn't get the appreciation that it deserves. I just wish that they could have made at least one follow up sequel to Stephen King's Sleepwalkers too with completely different characters, to me that's also another one by Stephen King that's underrated. Maybe this time involving a father and a daughter story instead of rehashing the same mother and son story. That would have been pretty cool I think.

Sydney Sweeney is a scream queen. Immaculate wouldn’t have been nearly as good without her performance. March was a good month for horror.

Ghostwatch was a phenomenon. It is the show with the mkst complaints in British history (30,000 phone calls in one night) and the British medical Association published a review on how this was the first recorded show to give kids PTSD. Madness 😂 Especially as it used genuine TV celebrities/ presenters, everyone fell for it. So good 👌

I was only 1 years old when Ghostwatch came out I didn't watch it till many years later but my parents remember it being very scary I think my mum was pregnant with my sister at the time too surprised she she made through it oh and it did air on Halloween night October 31st 1992 so I'd say a Halloween trick very well done shame they'll never re air it knowing what we know now.

Pet Sematary 2 is so nuts. Mary Lambert was just doing whatever she wanted haha
I've been thinking about watching Slay. It looks pretty fun. And it's about time Tubi originals started having more personality. So many of them look painfully generic. Here's hoping they keep getting more creative now.

Am I crazy or is Sydney Sweeney the girl who played a small part in 1408 at the book signing with John Cusack. I always found that small part to be acted really good by her.

Clancy Brown in Pet Semetary 2 is a thing of beauty, I love him so much! A very strange sequel, I have to say, but worth the watch just for him.
Oh, and Slay! I was scrolling through TUBI just before Easter, and just stopped and squealed in delight! Haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but I love Drag Race, so this will be a treat for sure.

I was so surprised about Slay! I am a huge drag fan, so I was already familiar with all of the queens, but many specific drag movie that have come out in the past 10 years or so have been extraordinarily cheesy! This one however, was SO FUN and silly in the best way! And very heartwarming as well! I loved it!

I thought _Night Shift_ was the best of a bad bunch. _You'll Never Find Me_ starts off strong but sadly collapses in on itself in the final 15-minutes. I'm hoping _Late Night with the Devil_ restores my faith in the modern horror movie.

I liked Slay for the outfits and the fight scenes but felt like the dialogue and some of the lines got a bit heavy handed at times. I think a lot of movies (not even just horror) don’t know when to trust their audiences and to not just spell everything out. Show and not tell instead of dumbing things down. I am all for campy but campy doesn’t have to mean dumbed down in my opinion. The acting was definitely hit or miss too.
