    Please everyone who plans on doing this. Please wear safety gloves, goggles and is you plan on putting your head so close to the edge when sanding, wear a mask. You don't want glass dust in your eyes and nose. Glass is so sharp and dangerous. (and do it outside preferably, not in your living room)

      🙈🙈 looks like everybody is worried and this is more dangerous than I though/.. SOOOOO EVERYONE PUT A MASK ON!

      Yeah she was very reckless for doing it that way, she could do it cuz she has practice but in all beginners video it is almost a responsibility to indicate SAFETY measures

    Looks great. I think it would be even better to do a wet sand to prevent the glass dust getting in your eyes and or lungs.

    Bestie! I actually went "NO!" when you started dry sanding the edge omg, wet the sandpaper when you're sanding it so the glass particles don't become airborne and you breath them in 😭But this looks AMAZING, ikea here I come 😈

    A carborundum stone can be used to grin down the end of the mirror as well.

    that came out soooo awesome, are there any like tape or rubber kind of item we can put along the edge just for like extra security if we're worried about cutting our fingers?

    When I heard “glass cutter” I was ready to switch to Amazon and order one but then when I saw the mess it is… hum, I’ll pass. Too many little paws and little hands in my home to play with sharp objects like that! Be safe people! Sometimes it’s better to skip a diy than hurt someone or yourself!

  • @ElenaKamesh76
    @ElenaKamesh76 Před 2 lety +3

    I think this diy i'm gonna skip too dangerous,😝 i could risk i'v way too many old unused mirrors, i'v seen sanding must to be wet but maybe one day..lol
