Suggestion. This is amazing I just did mine. However I would change it slightly. Lose the wood, to expensive to difficult to manipulate cuttings and stick on walls. Paint the outline of your project, talking into account the mirror size and the required space between each mirror. For added effect add extra space to the outer edges. Make yourself a H shaped jig the size so your mirror pieces fits nuggly inside. Make each side of your H jig the
exact measurements you want for the spacing. This way you only have to really worry about proper level on your bottom row. Just move the jig over each mirror as you work your way up.
I have been eyeing on all the Lots Mirror Hack videos for a long time but none of them could give me confidence to diy my own mirror. Today I found your video and THIS IS THE ONE I was looking for to be sure what I need to do exactly. Thank you!

Your methode to place the mirrors straight is perfect!! Since I know I would also make a mess of finishing with the sticks, I think I'm gonna go for first painting my wall with black chalk paint.

Looks great!! Very very pretty! When working without a helper, you can use painter's tape to temporarily hold items (e.g., tall sticks, mirrors, etc....) in place on the wall. Also, try cutting the silicone so that the opening is smaller.

Is it normal that whenever I am staring or standing far from it, It looks funny like some kinda filter with head looking big??
It means you didn’t place the la straight. Like they point a bit downwards or upwards etc so the proportions of the body change

When it comes to silicone seeping out of the cracks, you use a spudger (or small spatula) to scrape off as much as you can, then simply wait for it to dry and you can just peel it off like a sticker. It’s not too big of an issue as long as you don’t smear it very thinly to where it’s not all connected.
I think this is my fav of all my favs that you've done so far. I might do this one when I sell and move.

I just move to my first apartment and I wanted to do this mirror for months , this id an amazing idea. I will use double sided tape tho 😂 cause Is more apartment friendly for me . But defíneles doing it next week

I love the mirror with out the sticks or the borders. I want to a do a mirror like that. I dont know if I want to push the mirror together were there is no space in between or leave a little space.

The sticks you have in the video look longer than the 36” ones in your description. Are they the same exact ones you used?
no they are not the same ones i bought the in a wood store in israel. but i hd to cut all of them so having them smaller is gonna save you some work!

Hi! If I do the base wood, so they don’t stick to the wall, how would I hang it up? Would I drill nails into the wall? I’m new to this LOL
you should screw to the wall the wood base in between the mirrors before adding the wood ticks

How many pieces of mirror you bought?
Does this stick well on the wall? or does it require a wooden panel behind to stick properly?
I did not use a wood panel and it was perfectly fine but if you want to make it more renter friendly than ad it on the back so you can take it out easily
Math doesn’t add up. There are like 77 mirrors and they cost about 10$ for pack of four. That’s already 190$. How?

that's the bad part it gonna require a lot of work

Is there any flex to the mirror's? My walls are not straight and worried if they might break.
Also mine wasn’t but I’d there is flex and the mirror bend the reflection is all deformed.
In my case I just tried to keep it as equal as possible while facing an uneven wall
Your walls can't be THAT bumpy 😐
