In this world of Warcraft video I used my level 1 twink shaman with 75 herbalism to go farm some horde in the barrens, world buffs are huge as usual and it allows me to get a few 2v1/4v1 fights. The Hunter Myocastör really wanted to get me down, and eventually I got baited..

Imagine losing a 4v1 vs a level 1 and not instantly uninstalling the game. These guys have far more patience than I ever would.

This reminds me of when I would get a shit ton of buffs from high level characters on a level 1 EverQueat character. The buffs don’t scale so what you’re left with is a super OP level 1 with thorncoat and haste
yup. If youre luxkt rnough to get Fungi Tunic and Blacksilk sash youre virtually unkillable.

i mean the lvl 1 with all of the raid buffs you can possibly get. hes got the equivalent stats of a lvl 60. but yeah hes "lvl1"
You could also use the Iron Counterweight blacksmithing item to give any 2h axe/mace/sword +20 haste rating. That "enchant" alone will give you up to 139% though it actually gives less until level 10 and drops off very quickly after level 10. It's not as much as you demonstrated here, but if you combine it with what you are already doing, you'll attack even faster.

DOES anyone remember cata lvl 1 twinks? they were like raid bosses. you couldn't kill one with a raid of max lvl(85) toons, all misses or resists lol
Sure don’t - do you mean dodges? If I'm not mistaken misses is relative to level disparity so that wouldn't work and I don't think lvl 1's can get enough resists to be meaningful against lvl 85's....

This is done by getting best enchants possible for low level toons - they ain't too expencive either tbf, then next mission is to grab all of 'em wbuffs which is the hardest part of achieving this, but if your server has discord etc and they' ll annouce when they're dropping those buffs makes it a lot easier. Lvl1-9 scales A LOT better than lvl10+, which is why Zandalari buff has MUCH more value at those lower levels, also the DS buff should put him way over 100% crit chance, WCB nice amount of HP + tons of haste = close to unkillable 'twink'
But, if there was a priest/shaman/warlock, they should be able to just dispel all the buffs outta this boy and make him squishy ^^
I don't think que warlocks can dispel anything at lvl of the barrens.

Its actually not so much the BOAs, more so the world buffs and enchants that give flat stat increases. At level 1 since gear you'd find would have at most like a single stat on it if anything, 1 single stat is worth a lot more than it would say if you were level 10-15 due to scaling. Hence the 500% haste which I don't think is obtainable at any other level.

Would this work with a hunter? The range seems to be an issue.
Melee has a much better chance of landing hits on higher level targets than ranged.

That change never happened. I don't know if that change was completely made up from the start, or it was a change made in original TBC that didn't happen in TBC Classic, but from what I remember when TBC pre-patch went live, it was still totally possible to get WCB as ally. Even though it was expected that you could not.

World buffs were not removed, they were removed from raids. You can still get the world buffs if you stay out of a raid instance. This is almost certainly WotLK classic.

Last I played wow you didn't have a ton of spells at lvl 1. There's was like 2 as a shaman. Lightning and heal. Can anyone explain?
Most of my bars are consumables , potions and items. Spells are as you said just lighting and heal, and weapon enchant
