Playing 10 Elemental Shamans in Alterac Valley. We had about 1200 resilience, give or take, at the time so we didn't do quite enough damage or survive too good.
Has improved alot now!

1 chain heal from all of them usually fully heals me up, or two chain heals does the job. :)
