The sleep is from the uncooked Deviate Fish where one of the effects it can have is to put you to sleep like that. The reason he is using it is because it also has a chance to heal you for a bunch .
There is also sleeping powder with no level limit from the Undead Brill zone quests.

I used to have an Arena Grandmaster trinket on my Lvl 1 twink. Used to give +12 stamina and a shield of ~1500 damage for like 12 seconds. Was amazing. (dodge rating got changed into stamina after WotLK)
Still have a photo somewhere of me standing on the fountain in front of the Stormwind AH, with a whopping 2,4k hp due to some "Spirit of Zandalar" buff I'd gotten, all buffs and "Rumsey rum black label" for +15 stamina. Good times, killed to many people in Goldshire in the 10-15 bracket.
After the heirlooms got introduced, those were the strongest lvl 1 weapons with a base damage of a whopping 6.0 dps. In comparison the weapon is the video, the Keen Machete, was the best before that point. It was a main-hand only weapon with 2.5 dps.

I have a level one with explorer achievement that has that as well.
I used to pass around the 2h mace heirloom with iron counterweight on it for a whopping 20 haste rating. Sounds like not a lot, but at level 1-10, that amount of haste rating was hundreds of percentage cast time reduction, to the point I could reduce holy light on a pally to 0.6s cast time! Also back in the day, haste rating also reduced the global cooldown to 1 second, so I could pop big heals so fast, it was effectively instant cast with a 1 second cooldown. Nobody could interrupt at all.
when i was leveling tbc i came across someone while inviting strangers to do quests with me in blade edge mountains they insisted I come up and farm the trinket he was talking on and on about getting it on a level 1 character or something i blew him off and continued questing but now it all makes sense after watching this XD

I have a level one twink thati got Explorer Achievement on back in original WotLK. Run, die, rez, repeat. He has over 3,000 deaths 😅 and I'm about to do it again. I'm thinking of streaming it every morning on twitch.
But isn't the xp gained from just discovering these parts enough to ding u to at least level 2?

Interesting stunt. A lot of work getting your level 70 friends to port you around etc for rep, though. And can't even enter BGs. He must even had had a lock port him to the Barrens, because you can't run there without attracting mobs. I tried ghost running from Theramore once and it the GY rezzed me back in Theramore.

@@hhhhhh3128 actually doesnt exist for tbc classic like the tip of formal dangui white chest you put a fat greater rune of warding on it to absorb 400 physical damage you know things like that i know from years of experience and gathered from very very obscure sources mainly other players from the time who did this back in the day
or the guy who made the haste twink vids i helped him out with info of enchants to give him more haste mainly librams and using iron counterweight i like to help people out who want to have fun and do fun shit like this

Yes, it would make his character significantly worse. Ratings scale with level.

Then wrath is coming. Level 1 Rogue can Dodge some level 80 melee hits. And kill People 40+ Kinda easy.
The lower level you are 1-10 Golden level. The higher base stats you get from the gear. This should work on any expastion. Rogue get dodge rating and crit.
Hunter get crit and haste speed, like a minigun shooter.
mage and caster get really fast haste, faster then what the spell ability say. And prot like war/pala at that level become almost impossible to kill if you gear correct.
you forgot the best part about 1s in wrath with xp lock they can raid not kidding rogues tank and then you have shamans or pallies heal i am making a real 1 twink guild in wrath classic : P

What are you talking about? This is the epitome of what MMOs are all about. The reason people like classic is because we still get to use these fun tricks that have all been homogenized and bleached out of the game. Discovering cool things you could do like having a crazy lvl 1 twink is what gives the game its very essence and feel. It's not a coincidence that when things like this stopped being possible in retail was around the same time everyone quit retail.

Interesting, the internet was around back then. We have wowhead from back then. It should be well documented and easy to find. In fact, I looked up the item. Not a single one of the comments from 2007 mentions that it can be used as a twink item, it's all discussion about if it's good for ferals and hunters. You would think that if everyone did this shit back in the day more than just you would remember. I had server first Illidan on rexxar server back then. I played a lot. I remember twinks, yes, but nobody was using this level one trinket. If you can find proof otherwise I would love to see it but it really seems like you're the one who doesn't know what TBC was like back then.
