In malaysia, murder case (302 penal code) is a non bailable case, so once a person charged in court under murder case, the suspect will be remanded in jail till the proceedings n trials in court comes to conclusions. If the case runs for 5 years, accused will be in remand jail for 5 years. He will only been released if the case acquitted or released on the benefits of doubt, when prosecution fails to prove the case beyong reasonable doubt. And murder case is a case punishable under capital punishment which is hang to death... This is how we control murder case in Malaysia.

In some rural areas, the cremation ground/ service have no office! Hence, the dead bodies could b cremated! More over there are some facilities where the garabages are burned to dusts that are used to make bricks and related material. The evidences tracing is really challenging! Mostly, crimes like this are having prone to property crimes/ related Frauds! In rural vilages, cracking such crimes are really difficult! The attacker actually watches the target in all sources therefore he/ she could execute his plans (Organised Crimes)!
