Tbh, "samey" is VERY comforting. As has been noted elsewhere, a Grack video is a visit with a friend; a very uncomplicated visit, with an always sincere, dependable, slightly kooky, lovely human who makes us think good things about humans in general.

I have a dog stuffy I got from my boyfriend Valentine’s Day. That dog and his hoodie help me sleep so much. Never feel embarrassed, we all have the little things that make us happy.
i’m currently going through difficult times on this quarantine, when Grace asked “how are you?” at the start i started crying, i was shaking but then started to breathe to calm myself and proceeded to watch the video. which calmed me more. thank you Grace for doing youtube, you’re my absolute favorite. and you have helped me calm my mind so many times during these weird times.

Each to their own but I actually don’t believe in the whole ‘friends first’ thing! It can result in a lot more pain because you end up grieving for a friend and a romantic partner if things go wrong. Dating just for romance is equally as enjoyable, and if you’re really compatible you’ll inevitably become the best of friends anyway 💗

I began suffering with anorexia last year and it quickly deteriorated and I ended up in hospital but it was your videos and positivity that honestly has got me through and reminded me to always look for the small happy bits in life!
Even in this third lockdown your two channels have been the best meal support and escapism I could ever wish for and I have watched all of your videos including the really old ones a million times! best idea i ever had to get laser hair removal - it's so good. You can go forever without shaving and even when it starts to grow back it's significantly less hair and its a lot lighter so people can't see it, which means shaving 1-2 times a week became once every month or two.

Coconut sugar and good quality dark chocolate are key 👌🏼
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
* 200ml extra virgin olive oil (a milder fruity variety)
* 80ml cold water
* 240g coconut sugar
* 1½ tbs vanilla paste or extract
* 340g plain flour
* 2 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp sea salt
* 200g good quality block dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1. Whisk the olive oil, coconut sugar, water, and vanilla, in a large bowl.
2. Add the flour, baking powder, sea salt, and dark chocolate, and mix well to combine.
3. Place the dough into the fridge overnight to rest
4. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F (fan forced oven).
5. Scoop the mixture into balls and place onto paper-lined baking trays (don’t flatten them before baking).
6. Bake for 14 minutes.
7. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately bang the baking tray on the kitchen bench/countertop to flatten them.
8. Cool and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
9. Store in an airtight container

@@pistachioroyal you can use brown sugar which tastes nice but coconut sugar just provides a really beautiful flavour, but yeah brown sugar works too :)
