This is a quick homemade bread recipe that only takes 90 minutes to bake!
Everything is very simple, healthy and delicious - repeat after me! Baking instead of bread.
Bread recipe for beginners:
260 g whole wheat flour.
70 g white wheat flour.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
7 g dry yeast.
240 ml warm milk.
1 egg (egg at room temperature).
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix the batter well until it is smooth.
If the batter is thin, you can add more flour.
Sprinkle flour on the table.
We spread the dough on the table.
Sprinkle flour over the dough.
We add about 40-50 times like me.

Our dough is ready!
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough and shape the bread.
We put our bread in a mold.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Our dough came and rose!
We turn the oven on to 190C beforehand.
We bake for 15 minutes at 190 ° C.
Then cover the bread with aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
So that bread doesn't burn on top.
Let the bread cool down.
That's it, our bread is ready!

I made this loaf today and it came out great! Usually my bread comes out dense or doesn't rise. This one eas beautiful! Thank you. I did have a small problem getting it out of the pan, it stuck a little. I did oil the pan & maybe that wasn't the right thing to do.
