VPI Scout 21 and Goldy MC Cartridge Unboxing!

The Listening Chair's Colin Saunders has just gotten in for review VPI Industries' Scout 21 turntable (from $3,300 USD) fitted with the company's Goldy Dual Moving-Coil Phono Cartridge ($1,300).
Taking the design cues of the Prime Scout, the Scout 21 is an evolution of its predecessor with and improved 300 RPM motor housing, and improved isolation feet. It's paired with a JMW 9 Tonearm! Built in Japan by Audio-Technica, the Goldy is voice by VPI.
