      @@LouisaNicola i had watched all yourr poadcost but will ask you about exercise duration and its intensity in term of heart rate ,will 20 miniuts 4 times weekly with an average heart rate of 70 % of maximum hr benifits will boost brain or simple walking for 40 minutes ,which will you suggest
