Ingredients
1 lb chuck roast, cubed small
2 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1-28oz can tomato purée
1-28oz can diced tomatoes
8-10oz draft beer (lager)
36-40oz beef broth
1-15oz can black beans
2-15oz cans dark red beans
2 Tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, less for less spice
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (Natures Seasoning)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons avocado oil

Beautiful! I like to add extra beans and mash some of them up during cooking, so you get that stick to your ribs thickness!❣️
You should try a can of refried beans instead
I like to add a little chili sauce to mine to give it a little tangy taste.
I agree. I do the same for red beans & rice. Being a Cincinnati chili guy, I add some cocoa powder and cinnamon. Jalapeños and cayenne for some heat.

This recipe was easy to follow and quickly prepared. Currently letting it cook now I know it’s gonna be delicious. Got sour cream and cheese, even baked a few potatoes for those who want loaded potatoes. Double meal. Thanks

I've had 5 meat chili before. If the hunter eats it, it must be ok....and it was delicious. He never would tell us what all he put in it. Work potluck.
I've used deer meat and it came out of delicious
@@ShaulDawg I use deer burger all the time in mine and even my kids can’t tell but it’s really good. One way they process it at the butcher is to add fat to the burger because deer is so lean is they add bacon to it and it’s really good in the chili or to make burgers. They also add ground pork for fat and that’s good too.
The beer makes all the difference……been doing it similar for years……he’s not lying……it’s good

@@JaiK64what’s to be iffy about? Beer is a common cooking ingredient, I use beer all the time. I’ll tell you what else too, try a Guinness or some kind of stout in your chili. It compliments it so well. Also I always like to use coco powder, Worcester sauce, mustard and sometimes a little kitchen bouquet in my chili. All that with a Guinness in their and you got a melody of flavors
How about some 🍷 wine? I think that sounds good too.
