    I never knew that adding salt bfr cooking beans prolongs the cooking process, and the sugar secret, no wonder the road vendors beans taste different 😅. Thanks for sharing sweet, will try this 😋😋

    A trick I do with my peas is let them soke in cold water with teaspoon baking soda then wash and dry pulls out the stuff that gives most people issues, tastes a little better I think also. try it some time

    My husband calls this beans sama because of the sprinkled garri on top. Yorubas in Nigeria also make their beans in a similar way and call it ewa agoyin. Looks delicious and thanks for sharing
