What a fabulous tilapia stew is just right there.. Tilapia is one of my favourite fish, I never try this recipe before..the tomato paste and all the ingredients makes it completely delicious.. Cutting out the teeth technique is awesome and the toothpick technique too. Love the golden color on the fish. The onions in the oil will add great flavor to the stew. I sometimes add fresh rosemary too in the oil. . The stew came out really good. Yummy 😋 Tfs.
