you buy some "goods" from a website or "some guy of social media" and you transfer some money to his account (bit coin or Money-Gram) and he says its been sent and gives you a tracking number .. and a few days later you ether check the status or you get a Email/phone call saying "HELD for Custom Charges at xxxxxxx" and wanting a payment .. its a scam and its bull shit...even if you pay you wont get whatever you ordered and you'll never hear from them again (or the guy you ordered the "item" off)

I just got scammed by a guy who I was SUPPOSED to be getting a puppy from, who claimed to be a minister and reverend. he apparently went and made shipping arrangements for the "puppy" and used Global Express Fleet. He INSISTS i will be receiving a puppy tomorrow. I call BS!! scammed out of $450, and no puppy. So disappointed.

sorry to hear that .. if something sounds good then it likely to be a scam.. only thing you can do is report the website to their ISP .. not much can be done other than that

no haven't heard of it .. but it sounds suspicious ... ive had a look on Whois and they don't have a base listed just a PObox address and no managers listed ...I certainly wouldn't trust it
