Yes the ladies love it, and Geoff knows it very well. Chills and goosebumps. If you ever see the VoicePlay live gigs you'll hear the ladies in the audience squealing as he goes low.... it's hilarious. Why else does he train his voice to get lower and lower. He knows exactly what he's doing. :) I don't know about pre-menopausal, I'm 77 and still react in exactly the same way. So at least it proves I'm still alive. Country roads is one of my favourites, he's so damn pretty in that one.
A person can have a talent and cultivate it without doing it for the other sex. "He knows it well and is doing it for the ladies." Maybe he really does do it for the ladies but how do you know? I don't know if audio books are your thing, but Geoffrey has The Little Mermaid, and an Edgar Allen Poe story he reads. There are a few others too. I listened to the TLM 2x and I fell asleep. His voice is so soothing!
