    This mudra really works. It's my personal experience. I did merudanda and prana mudra for one week and all my Back muscle weakness and sciatic nerve pain is completely gone.I started this mudra on the same day I felt back and sciatic pain itself. I'm now doing it once or twice in a week to make my spine strong for future too.It really worked for me I must say.

      @@Majesticpsychology merudand mudra 30 minutes after that pran mudra 10 minutes. or you can do 15 and 5 minutes twice a day. He said 10 and 5 but I think it should be 15 and 5

    Great video Bharatji. I have spine problems also. I will use this technique. I cannot do it for 30 minutes in one go. I will have to do it ten minutes at a time.
