1:23 Anyone else reckon the Hyundai was just about to take a run down the emergency lane as well until they realised the BMW was an unmarked police car :-)
It would have been glorious if the unmarked had waited just 10 seconds more before turning the lights on...
Yeah. Nah. Maybe. Dunno.
💯
Yep he certainly was gonna go for it , then saw the lights
Absolutely he was going to do it.
That cackle on the last one was gold.
Houso cackle.
And that building on the right? Holden Hill Police Station.......😂😂😂

Why is it that regular dashcams are 90% anger, but instant karma is 100% pure joy?!? Never hear a happier bunch of people than on these eps 😂😂
They sound like immature schoolkids.
Most except for the moped wheelie.. poor fella just couldn’t handle the power
i think it’s more about seeing police do what we pay them to do after years of tyrannical behaviour ,abuse and unjustified violence against the public.
@@craigmooney3744 The ones who wank themselves with childish glee are probably the same wankers who laugh at an old lady tripping over. Most were probably the dobbers at school who had no friends and were picked on.
9:53 didn't sound like pure joy.
11:15 Not only did he run a red light in front of a cop, but also right in front of the holden hill police station.
Yeah you can't feel too sorry for many of them in this vid, they bring it on themselves
the driver was so stupid haha
There's a Police station up the road from me, in the middle of a School Zone & when the actual school traffic isn't backing everything up, almost no one does 40km/h.
It'd help if the cops would set up a radar more than once a month but it's surprising that the station itself isn't a deterrent for road rule breakers.
what was missing from that clip was one of those cheesy "surprised" sound effects
The laugh from the lady behind the dashcam was priceless
10:50 what a clever move. Police come up behind you, let’s stop in the outside lane of a fast road. 🤦♀️
Should be an additional fine for being an absolute moron.
More like inside lane
@@darylkanofski9327 No, the inside lane is the lane closest to the kerb.
What a fwit, there should be an extra fine for endangering other drivers.
Some people lack common sense, logic and in this case, a sense of danger.
old mate at 1:22 was gonna do the same thing until he realised it was a cop lmao
4:22 Love how the biker looks over. Like he's checking the police gonna go after them.
Or catching the eye of the driver of the Police van silently asking...you want me to go on ahead?.
Probably got the nod or a finger pointing "get going"
So he went....
@@JohnSmith-yv6eqI feel like it was a bit of both 😆
@1:56 is best. I hate the people that make their mistake everyone else's problem to deal with.
Dashcammer was a bit a bastard though, shouldn't of had to wait for old-mate doing his u-turn, but since it was happening and he was stopped, he could of let the commodore driver in.
That first clip - motorcyclists everywhere appreciate that instantaneous response.
I know too many friends who've been hit by cars pulling out in front of them. Far too many.
SMIDSY - despite always-on lights, clear day, no obscuring traffic or vegetation.
They immediately pulled over too, so they knew full well what they did. They choose to pull crap like that.
Yes. 😎
When it comes to going to the side its all on the person on the motorcycle and how there brain works.
@@MattExzy As I look at the video I don't think they seen the person on the bike there was a car passing and a pole right in there view.

"Unfortunately, I never get to see instant karma irl when I'm driving."
Probably about the same as seeing a shooting star.🤣
Very rare to see one in the wild.
Lol justice. Poor simple
@@metarugia3981I’ve seen lots of shooting stars. Way more likely to see one of those than an idiot getting caught on the road.
i saw one years ago but sadly didn't have a dashcam at the time... :(
You have to wonder what else goes unnoticed to drivers that can’t spot a fully marked up police vehicles only a few metres away in broad daylight.
Stop signs, give way signs...
7:19 that car is going fast. Funny as they are also casually speeding
difference with country driving is that casual speeding is stupid to enforce
1. It's not "necessarily" an offence to speed whilst overtaking. It comes down to the judgement of the officer.
2. It's less than 10 k's over the limit, applicable for an internal review.
3. You're working off the GPS speed. Which sure, it's probably is fairly accurate but would be inadmissible in court.
4. Most importantly, if a dipstick flies past you. Then you're gold baby
a lot of country roads are 120kph
Depends where it is, the country speed limit is 130 in some places
@@vanessagoddess1ummmmm where are those? Highest legal speed in Victoria is 110kmh?? 🤷♂️

@@metromadness2016 Try lightening up and having some fun.
I agree that would educate motorists on what they’re doing is illegal
I knew the standard of driving here on the Gold Coast was bad, but three clips in one ep of dash cams proves it
I'm surprised the bikers stopped. And the expectation of anyone in the right lane that you'll go down Smith St at no less than 90, and react like that ute if you don't, cops could sit there all day and shoot fish in a barrel.
M8, if you think the gold coast is bad with shitty drivers, then you should come to Sydney.🤣
Not enough police to enforce traffic rules so they just rely on the cameras which dont really catch the dangerous driving just people doing 2 over the speed limit on a downhill lol.
Coming back to Brisbane from GC was the only time I ever got to witness an "instant karma" moment myself, too, so I agree.
Things you should never ever mess with:
1. Crocodiles
2. Great White Sharks.
3. A Cop on a Bike.
4. Meth heads in a hurry to buy fast food.

@@bobloblaw5406I hope you’re joking. You have to give way to traffic on the roundabout. Maybe if they are in the other side and going slow, but not when it’s that close.

At the end, running a red light, next to a cop shop...... Genius.....
And a cop car. And it was in his line of sight, to his right. How stupid can people be.
3:00
Even the cloud is flipping off the bad driver. 😂
Some of these extremely dangerous offences like running red lights, tailgating etc should have very high penalties like minimum $1000 fine and 6 demerit points then let’s see if people are stupid enough to keep taking dumb chances
The tailgating in this country is out of control. I drive the speed limit everywhere, never use the overtaking lane on highways unless i need to, and never drive below it unless there's heavy traffic or heavy rain, and i'll have a Ute or Suv tailgating me atleast a dozen times a day.
If ANY kind of hazard appears on the road while it's happening, my back and neck will probably be screwed for life after they smash into the back of my car, as there's simply no room for them to react. Tailgating is way more dangerous than speeding.
Go the method used in a lot of European countries - Not a fixed fine (except maybe for a minimum) but instead a percentage of income as recorded by current payslips or IRS returns.
Doing this means a speeding fine means something to someone with more than sufficient means to pay a fixed fine. I'll stick in my next answer a link to drive com au 's article on "The 10 largest speeding fines ever issued". Pretty eye opening.
True, but is running a red across moving traffic worth it to ping the bike for doing a wheelie?
@@ifluro Yes, it's a dangerous manoeuvre.
@@ifluro Are you asking if it’s worth a cop running the red to ping a bike doing a wheelie? Yes it is because guaranteed that same bike rider will be riding at extremely excessive speed and zig zagging through traffic all of which could hurt someone else.
8:00 DC is doing 117 past a cop...
Yes happily breaking the law whilst rejoicing in someone else being caught. Pretty typical Australia these days.
@@robber_hcountry is full of shams and frauds. Lost it's sheen
Police around the country should watch these, both as examples of how to do the job properly, and also how much the majority of drivers appreciate them doing the job properly.
Then the Police can show these and the regular DC vids to government, to show why speed cameras don't work, but more patrol officers would.
Most of these compilations usually have a red light camera or two being triggered.

Did old mate run an amber arrow?
@@dynevor6327 U-Turn at lights is legal in some states unless otherwise signed (e.g. Victoria) but not in SA. Not sure where that clip was from, though; or about the regs in other states. It would be nice for the states to just put up AND shutup and just allow the road laws to be made federal. I'm sure someone competent could be found to oversee the process if politicians stopped passing these jobs off to extended family and friends for just five minutes 😆
@@maxmackinlay618 As far as I can tell from the timing, he went through late green to early amber. I'm often still in the intersection when it goes green for the other side because my vehicle (incl. trailer) is a bit heavy for what it is and I'm not in a hurry to clip someone running a red the other way. On u-turns, like that, you have to give way to left turning traffic (in Victoria) so that makes things a little slower. So, once my front number plate is over the line, I like to take my foot off the accelerator and coast through nice and slow and ready for the usual chaos.
@@Mercurio-Morat-Goes-Bughunting Footage doesnt really show the story. For all we know he can uturn there and its more than possible he started on a green arrow but due to size/weight of truck he obviously cant take it fast enough, which assuming everything else is fine would still be legal. So no uturn zone or maybe lights on cops side were showing something i couldnt see? Only thing that makes it look bad is that the other cars near him who could go straight are stationary. If he had a right green they should have a straight green, unless opposite traffic also has their turning lane green generally.

"I'll have what he's having"
7:45 - old mate should be thankful it wasn't him that was pulled over - 117km/h is a tad too fast too!
You’d be pretty unlucky to get pulled over doing 7 over on the highway in NSW. Driven past plenty of highway cars doing between 110-120 and never been done. They’re chasing the ones who are really actually speeding like in the video.
How bloody ironic.... the last vid is in front of the cop shop at Holden Hill. Jesus XD
Instant Karma are my favourite videos on this channel by far
That car must've been "flying" at 7:42 considering you were already going 117km/hr according to your dashcam 😅
I think tailgating is the No.1. most loathed thing on the road.
The issue is that every single tailgater never seem to be wanting to go anywhere quick.
If it were some emergency, but its never that! Its just the worst of the worst drivers.
I would never tailgate, to me it just gives more power to the driver in front of you, on top of creating an incredibly dangerous situation that could end up lasting a lot longer than being behind a slowpoke for a few minutes, nevermind a cop seeing you do it. The mentality of people willingly tailgating is that they are weak and cowardly people (behind the wheel anyway).
Keep left unless overtaking
The most loathed act is changing lanes and expecting to be allowed in. The driver changing lanes has to give way - no-one is required to let them in.
@@redline3045 But why do you tailgate in the left hand lanes in heavy traffic?
@@redline3045but why do you tailgate while they are overtaking?
We all get excited about people being pulled over if they're doing something wrong because it happens so rarely nowadays. When I was first driving, in the late 1980s, we would regularly see the police driving about and I lived in a small village on the South coast. Compared to nowadays when I've seen one police vehicle in 2 years in the village I now live in.
I don't as i have more important things to worry about
Marked cop cars stand out like dog's balls and people still do stupid shit in front of them, i don't get it?
me too
Just proves most drivers have no situational awareness! Some drivers just drive the same as sheep, ie just follow the car in front!
04:49 onwards - does Australia not have a "keep left unless overtaking" rule? They're in the third lane, but lanes 1 and 2 aren't that busy - surely they should move over?
It's definitely a law here and we even have signs posted everywhere to keep left. A lot of people just tend not to give a shit and hog the RHL no matter how many people have to get in to the left to overtake them. Arrogant asf. If it's quiet and they're not holding myself or others up I usually don't give a shite but if there's traffic behind them, it pisses me off.
Along Roe Highway north and south bound a lot of people stay in the right lane to keep the traffic merging on to Roe flow better but it's come to the point both lanes come to a standstill at every onramp during peak hour now.
Edit - I should add that I mean Roe Hghwy in Perth, Australia.
the only restriction is on the use of the right most lane. In the clip you referenced, it's legal to sit in the middle lane all day long.
The "keep left unless overtaking " rule actually means: stay out of the right-hand lane unless overtaking. All other lanes are available to all traffic.
Only above 80kph or where sign posted.
Seems weird keep left unless overtaking it isn't 80kph or above on a multilane Hwy, if not mandatory it would seem polite and good practice seeing it is fine for vehicles to only do 60kph if they choose and cause chaos...
