  • How to Clean BMW 320 d F30 F31 EGR Valve - replacement - Fix Motor Engine pale Light fault problem
How to Fix Engine Management Light fault problem in BMW 3-Series Car or might be other cars too.
If this Engine Management light/sign is in Red colour, Stop the car and take it to the Garage because it is serious problem.
And if this sign is Yellow or Orange colour, then don't worry, You can keep driving, It is not serious issue, It is because any sensor is not responding fully which is a common issue, Not serious. This BMW 3-series F30 F31 model often shows this problem.
In this case, Just clean the EGR Sensor and it will fix this problem. It is not a major job, You can ask your mechanic to do this or you can clean yourself too as I did in this video.
Although I couldn't pull out the EGR Valve/Sensor fully but still I was successful to clean some part of it, so my light/sign went away after about 5 miles drive. If you can pull out Valve/sensor fully and clean fully with the brush etc then your light/sign will disappear within minutes.

Z tym młotkiem to lekka przesada, nie polecam tego sposobu można uszkodzić zawór egr lub chłodnice.

Remove the Airbox if you want to completely remove the EGR and give it a thorough clean.
The EGR is connected with the sensor plug and 2 hoses with pipes connected to it, one visible and other on the other side. Disconnect all 3 and use Oven cleaner and later DW40 Solvent to de-moisturize after clean with any small brush.
      Put it back.

It’s a Mass flow sensor you might need to clean or replace it.

Vous plaisanter ?? 😂 ces pas juste en nettoyant comme ça que le problème partira. Il faut démonter complètement et nettoyer capteur compris avec du produit spécial EGR. 😅
