To those of you who are about to take the UK NMC OSCE Exam, this channel can help you prepare and pass your OSCE Exam.

How to live and work abroad, literally just showing my everyday life and struggles as a nurse.
Living abroad means I have to leave my family back home.
This is one way of updating them and showing them my day to day life. As said earlier, I am new to making content, that is why I post atleast once a week.
Life is a bit busy and I am a full time nurse but I will try my best to upload more videos as often as I can. Rest assured these videos will be fn and enjoyable. And hopefully you'll join me on these journey.

Hello there. I'm glad you find my video that way. We normally do 3 weeks OSCE practice, so I guess , with appropriate practice, 1 month is enough. But it will all depend on you still. I wish you goodluck on your OSCE. =)

For as-required medication, do we need to put the time, date and sign as there is any date specified?
As for PRN/ As Required Medication, you need to write the time you are administering the medication. As for the date and time, it depends on the heading in your prescription. Read it carefully and write what is asked.

Ive been following your osce videos. Im quite confused. For the breathlessness problem, you indicated rr of 26bpm. However, this is not the actual rr in you assessment and also not stated in the situation. Is it okay to make up numbers?

Thank you for your video. It is really helpful. Can I ask one question regarding the RR? Is that mean the RR in the assessment station is 21, but because the scenerio in planning station said he has became increasingly breathless, then now the RR in this station is 26?

About the RR, it was 21bpm in the assessment.i just changed it to 26bpm to make it more believable that the patient is increasingly breathless.
I just noted it there, assuming that the RR in the Assessment is 26bpm instead of 21bpm.
Remember: the APIE stations are interconected with each other but that doesnt necessarily means that the patients scenario/setting/situation is going to be the same on each station.
It changes.

Pano po pag sa scenario is s/p laminectomy and experiencing pain, ok lng po ba na kami n maglagay ng pain score sa problem? Ung as evidence by? Thanks po.
If the patient is experiencing pain. You can write "as evidenced by (current pain score)
The pain score maybe in the Planning Scenario, if not indicated there then you can use the pain score given to you by the patient during the Assessment. Do not make up a pain score. It should be indicated in the scenario or verbalised by the patient.
Now, if there was no pain score indicated in the scenario and the patient also did not verbalise the pain score, then no need to write the pain score. just write "as verbalised by the patient".

No. Not at all. EMATARID is a good example on how to answer the CARE PLAN. I just wanted to add more incase you forget some points, atleast there's more to write. That's why I created EAEAPEED format. Both are good. It is up to you on how you'll use them.
