This is from the live album "Yankele" by Moishe Leiser (the singer), Ami Flammer (violin) and Gerard Barreaux (accordion). They also released an album called "Chansons Yiddish, Tendresse et Rage" or something similar. Both are well worth investigating.

@landauerert It not only resembles a "tish nign." it IS a tish nign. Gebiritig was indeed "le genie de la chanson yidish," but "Shabes, Shabes" is not a Gebirtig composition. ("Kinder Yorn" mentioned in another comment, is a Gebirtig song). Research, people, research!

This is correct. There are many of these false attributions on the CZcams. Gebirtig wrote many beautiful songs; "Shabes, Shabes" is not one of them.
