Thank you so much! I was taught to just pull it out with no sort of technique and doing this technique shown in the video helps it come out easier. It still takes some muscle though, so maybe I'm still trying to nail down this technique.

As a trad archer, just got ILF limbs for the first time today... and was like... what the how????? and this was great advise :) I have to wiggle mine just a little to make it pop out but it's as he shows, just pops out easy and doesn't damage anything :)

Hi Anthony, you could have included close up on how limb spring knob go in the slots and lock. It is very important to pay attention to it that it goes in the slot. In rush to push limbs there are chances a beginner might miss the spring slot and miss the click.

I have this problem that I almost can't remove one of my limbs (Kinetic Honoric) from my riser (Jackalope Zircon) but it's after shooting the bow. There are no problems when I attach them and remove them again - that's as easy as you show it here, but somehow under the tension or vibration the limbs get stuck.

teach to the right point to install a limb saver, the right extension, and weight of a stabilizer, the right way to use the plunger.

The only problem you usually have is when the limbs and riser are new... The springs are usually stiff
After a few weeks of use they will be fine
I mean seriously are we as archers at the point were we need to be shown how to take our bows apart?

What if you try to take ur limbs out while the bow is strung? Always wondered about this but never had it answered :(

I dont think the string would be long enough to make the limb go out..

You cannot or rather you should not as limbs are under high tension and will cause damage to equipment.
