Great question. The weights is mostly in the ball of the foot (≈ 70%) when you’re dancing kizomba.

Can you tell I’m in home practise I have no partner so how I can improve??
The best way to improve if you have no partner is to work on body movement. You can also do some lead and follow exercises that don’t require someone knowledgeable in kizomba.
