Hey guys! It's been along time since I've done a skincare video, so this is an updated Korean 10 step skincare routine that I have been doing for the past couple of months! I'm still loving the 'glass skin' look that has been going around for a while now, and I find the best way to achieve that look is by doing a Korean 10 step skincare routine. In this video I also answer questions I got in my previous 10 step skincare routine like how long it takes for you to do the 10 step skincare routine, how often you should do it and tips for beginners! NIGHT ROUTINE.
Makeup remover wipes.
Cleansing oil.
Foam cleanser.
Exfoliating. ( Do not do this every single day only when necessary).
Capsule cream .

Face mask. (10 min).

Moisturizer.
Sleeping mask ( jelly).
Why would you need foam cleanser because when you first wake up your not wearing makeup 😅 just wondering

Somehow these steps are really work. My sis has acne and aging skin. She is using this Korean skin care steps. And her skin now is really good.
They do! My skin was so dull last year so I started doing all the steps for a month, made a huge difference!

Kim you should get rid off make up wipes from your routine as they are not gentle to the skin. Double cleanse will remove your make up so there is no need for wipes. Other than that your routine is great and your skin is perfect!

these products dont have any bad/harsh ingredients, for normal to dry skin and would be best only for that . for sensitive or acne prone skin i wouldn't recommend as they have fragrance and heavy/moisturizing ingredients that could clog pores and or cause breakouts.. as kim said what works for one person wont always work for another :)
Ah yeah they do have fragrances in them so you do have to be careful. It works well for me because my skin changes from dry to combination depending on the weather so it works well for me
Do they have a clean line? A lot of products have not so good skin ingredients. I know some more korean brands are coming out with more clean skincare lines since a lot of them have unneeded chemicals and fragrances that are terrible for skin.
Can you do a clean korean skincare video? Or maybe clean korean/Japanese alternatives to your favorite products?

I've been wanting to try out Innisfree's Cherryblossom toner for a while... I also really like their Green Tea line, been using the serum and eye cream from that one.

I have a younger looking face also but that's due to genetics and staying out of the sun! Awesome suggestions, thanks. With me I have sensitive but also acne prone skin so I find that the fewer products I use the better. Only a handful at the most.

I have bought 17 new Korean skin care products and about 40 sheet masks and 2 mos supply 9f eye masks and still haven't spent as much as I used to spend on cleanser, moisturizer for am and pm, 2 mask potions and a serum.
So I love Korean skincare. Its the bomb and its less expensive then my prior brand ( eminence)

I went to Shin Okubo a couple of days ago and found other Korean products. I have started to use cicadin hydro patch cream which has mainly centella asiatica to help with my dry skin. Since coming to Japan I now would like to visit Korea. This has also been inspired by Sunny Dahe videos are Sharlas videos.
The fact that Innisfree is sponsoring this video won't make be buy it, because not really convinced that it is the skincare routine that really works for you and made your skin better.
I’ve been using Innisfree for years, you can even go through my older skincare and makeup videos and find me using plenty of Innisfree products in there :) I only work with brands that I believe in.
@@kimdao sure Innisfree is a good brand. But using some products in a morning/night skincare routine, and all the range of their products are two different things.
I just find it disturbing that your routines are 100% composed of them, which I assume is not the reality. This makes everything less impactful since it is so obvious that through this video you are doing a promotion of their products only
I’m not hiding the fact that it is sponsored, I said it in the video AND in the description box. I also said in the video multiple times what works for you may not work for everyone else, I never told you to go out and buy the products straight away. If that is the way you are thinking then you probably should rethink the point of this video. This was supposed to show a 10 step skincare routine with all the steps. Substitute with other products if you don’t want to use the innisfree ones, I really don’t see the issue here. Also, innisfree actually only gave me the cherry blossom line, everything I purchased myself with my own money so...

Love this video! Just a reminder when you talk about pigmented skincare-dark skin is normal skin, too. Maybe you can explain it saying that it would be better for lighter skin.
Huh? Where did I say dark skin isn’t normal? I also never said this is better for lighter skin. I think you need to look up the definition of pigmentation
@@kimdao I believe when you were taking about the tone-up I heard you mentioning it had a brightening effect for regular skin. In which my comment was just saying that dark skin is also regular skin, but the brightening in this product could be too light of a sheen. My apologies if I misunderstood.

I am someone who doesn’t wear makeup everyday. What would be your morning and night routine if you do not wear makeup?
I would cut down quite a bit if I wasn't wearing makeup. I would just cleanse once, depending on how my skin feels I might skip on essence and lotion too.
On days I don’t wear make up, I do
One cleanse,toner,essence,serum, eye cream and moisturizer ( spf at morning) .You could skip the essence but I personally feel fancy when I use an essence lol. Also, don’t double cleanse when not wearing makeup.

hi ik this is kinda late but yes! u double cleanse to make sure there is no makeup left on your face coz not all of them can be removed with a single cleanse :)

Hey Kim just wanted to say, please don't exfoliate your skin to often. 2 times a week is to much 😊 Once every 1.5 or 2 weeks is enough. Excessive exfoliation makes the skin dry and thin, I am beautician. Furthermore cleansing wipes are not so good for skin because of their ingredients. They contain too strong ingredients that irritate the skin😙 nice video at all

I’m a little confused about how you use their face cleansers though. Are you supposed to use them on a dry face or are you supposed to wet your face first?
Depends on which one but usually it’s better to wet your face first
