I took the tunes of this song and made something new. You can download this and some other music I've done at / opheliac-emilie-autumn... or tindeck.com/listen/cmer
This should be the movie score when she makes a movie about her life. xD Beginning credits, pan in on a sunny but dramatic Malibu. Little girl vigorously playing violin. Pan in to Victorian London....
@EssenceEvans Thanks! I'm glad you took the time find this and listen, since it sits among so many other homemade remixes that are... well... just messed up copies of the original track.
Oh, I definitely want to, though I'm always juggling too many ideas. A while back before this piece, I got about halfway through remixing Face the Wall. That was before I got Cubase and I haven't gotten around to converting/adapting it. You might hear it some day...
Soundcloud has a download arrow in the upper-left of the player, and on Tindeck there's a "download track" button beneath the little player in the upper right.
Would make another cover from Emilie? :) That's pretty amazing! Maybe Misery Loves Company, Let The Record Show or I Know Where You Sleep, idk. Man, epic!
It's official, I'm now working on a mashup of 4 O'Clock and The Phantom of the Opera. It just needed to happen.
The beginning sounds like a demonic video game/fairground ride for some reason. xD

I'm years late but this? Is fucking sick? Great work
Amazing, man! Nice job!
This is incredible! I love it
There's something anthom-y to this that I ADORE.
Good show, my friend!
O.O That sounds absolutely amazing.
Fuck.
This is just..
Holy...
Mind blowingly beautiful
WOW ! I lovethis version of Opheliac, very good job!
Wow very great!!
@DrContrary It's a fucking epic take on it, most amazing remix I've ever heard of it. Fantasmic Job; you should tweet it to emilie
This is seriously amazing. Wonderfully creative work, definitely on par with than the original.

WOW :D this is AMAZING!!!
Please, do it! No doubt it'll be amazing!
^_^ So amazing.
woow verry goood!
Perfect
This is fucking brilliant!
@Fefefoth I use Steinberg Cubase, which I found to be the best of all the ones I tried. Incidentally it's also the program that EA herself uses.

Oh and also: this would make an AMAZING soundtrack to a fantasy or horror movie.

...this is a *very* interesting take on it. I I may ask, what program do you use?
pretty :D
God, is that you?
@DrContrary then do that :) I've never tweeted her before because it doesnt really matter
This is insanity. It's probably too far removed from the original song to be able to fairly compare, but I'm going to do it anyway. This is better.
May I ask how you download? xD
@Fefefoth Haha, I've tried tried tweeting Emilie a few times, but no luck. I want to be polite and not a spammy fanboy...
Would you be offended if I sung to this and potentially recorded it? x
May I use this to record my vocals with it and upload it, if I credit you for the instrumental? :)
Sure, I'd love to hear how that turns out.
Thank u! I'll notify you when it's finished. :)
