I am from India. My question is if i go for research based masters in Canada, so for that should I first secure the professor and then apply for offer letter in Canadian University in which i want to go for master? Because the application fees for offer letter in canadian universities are 100 dollar or 150 dollars. In short my doubt is first i have to secure the professor and if he is ready for taking me in his research then only i should apply for offer letter with all documents . Write??? Please reply sir.

No. I mean will someone pay scholarship application separately apart from school application fee (something like application fee or registration fee. The way we pay for JAMB) or is schorlaship application free.
I am asking in case one is applying for multiple scholarships.
Well, for all the scholarships I have applied for, they have all been free.
But application fee for admission is not free most times

But give like 2 to 3 days before emailing another professor in the same department

Thanks for sharing your experience, i have two questions to ask after carefully listen to your interview and it inspired me. 1. Can HND Upper credit graduate be accepted for Masters degree program in Canada? 2. I graduated in 2014 since then i have be pursuing opportunity for scholarship, can the year i graduated not be a barrier?
Most schools in Canada onlg accept B.Sc for MSc application...Some UK schools accept HND

I will suggest you check with a department that offers the PhD course you want to do.....and see if they allow self funding.
Most PhD programs do not allow for self funding.

Sir , I checked university of Manitoba, Alberta and Guelph. They stated the tuition for PhD. However, they were not specific if a prospective PhD student can sponsor him/her self or not.
