You can use a company address that you know when applying for the transcript.

However, I contacted my school for transcript application and I send them our office address but they said it will come as watermarked with the company address on each pages. I was told to look for an academic institution. Please what should I do?

Also you will need mostly soft copies of your B.Sc and M.Sc transcript for PhD application. But they might only require the official copy of the M.Sc transcript when they offer admission.

Thanks again Dr. peter, please you didn't talk about language proficiency test, because most schools I checked have that as a requirement. Isn't it necessary.
If you did your B.Sc in English and you are from an English speaking country, you don't need ielts to apply for masters or PhD in Canada...

Hello Peter sir, I am facing quite difficulties for getting my transcripts from my home university. I am in my 4th year of UG and i have requested for transcripts. However, my request got decline from the Administration, saying that transcripts are only issued after completion of your UG. PLEASE HELP
You will have to wait until graduation to get your transcript

Apply for the transcript and use an address of a company that you know...When they send it, you can then collect it

I have not got my transcript till now.what can i do? Can i send my syllabus where all the subjects name are mentioned. Or i have first 8 semester marksheets. Can i show them and ask time for showing the final transcript?
They won't accept syllabus. The professors here would expected to see the score for each course that you did.
