not only was he a bmw driver, not only did he hit 3 people at the same time, not only did he hit and run away, not only did he also had a child inside of his carr on the front seat without having the seat belt on... the child was injured quite hard on his face and head...
he has had his licensed revoked and is expected to do jail time.

I attended a bigger rta than that where the 3 series hit a traffic light and a railing and the car leaked water and oil and one wheel was dangling off. It still didn't set off the air bags
