The symptoms of varicocele are very hard to find and because of this half the time, the condition goes unnoticed by the individual. However, these are the few most common symptoms of varicoceles:
Swelling in the scrotum.

Sir, upto 4.3 mm is in which grade and is it serious ?? I go to the doctor he said it is fine, nothing to much to worry about it. I am feeling more pain there and not visible of enlargement of vein as well from outside.
