@Hatham Schaapveld first consult scheduled for a month. He already told me 10 years ago that I probably should do surgery but he understood if I didn’t want to. So it’s not a matter of if I’m getting surgery but when. But I have to do this consult first. The pain is unbearable and my liver is getting is getting messed up by nsaids. I will post in a few months after I’m done and hopefully 🙏 I will have great results . Its just time.

Premature sexual activity: I had a Left microsurgical varicocelectomy and within 5 days of the surgery noticed significantly greater bilateral testicular volume and spontaneous erections as well as seemingly enhanced erectile function and libido. I slipped up and prematurely had intercourse with my wife 9 days after surgery even though was instructed to wait 4 weeks. I have since noticed loss of the enhanced erectile function and libido, as well as some tenderness on the posterior aspect of my LEFT testicle. Did I screw something up from healing properly by having sex too early?

Stay away from open surgery and laparoscopic.
Embolization and microsurgery are the best 2 methods.
I’d choose embolization first, because although the failure rates are higher, it is safer than microsurgery.
Microsurgery id choose as a contingency if embolization fails.
It has higher success rate, but if the surgeon accidentally damages the arteries, you’re screwed.
If you choose this approach, MAKE sure the surgeon uses a Doppler probe during procedure.
If both these treatments fail, then you can consider laparoscopic as a 3rd option (but the complication rates are even higher with this one).

I'm 26 and have had since I was around 13. Only now I am aware from my own research the impacts this is having on me. My Doctor dismissed me as if I was silly to even suggest this was a problem.

Sup, I have it as well and I’m 13, I have it in my varicele and another cele, my bulls ache and hurt when I rest. I might require surgery if I have more incidents over multiple days. It’s good to know there is other people like me with similar symptoms.
