Removing the Intake Manifold will give you acces to other importnat components which might need to be serviced . A vacuum leak will trygger a couple of trouble codes from P0300 to P0174 .

How did you remove the bolt/nut behind the intake in the center I've had no luck getting any tool in there to get it out at all
