- The S&S 475 Cam might be the best stage II setup you can get for your Harley-Davidson!
Before this I was using the Harley Screamin' Eagle Torque Cam and I thought it really woke the engine up, I had no idea...
It was so worth it to ditch the factory warranty for this aftermarket kit! Noticeable increase in power, and performance, the numbers don't lie! - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Much respect bro. I’m wanting to stage 2 my ST. Very helpful brother
Think I posted on the other video too, but how many hours in terms of labor are we looking at for the install to replace the old one?
Its all in the tune.
Hey man I know this is an older vid but where did you have your risers installed? I want to upgrade from stock soon but want to avoid the Harley dealership pricing for labor, thanks !
Is that the CARB compliant 475 with tuner?
By any chance did you have any issues. I did mine but i keep getting PO330 code ive tried new sensors and new spark plugs and 2 different 465 cams. Any help would help
what were the hp and torque numbers if you have them?
Do you have a list of Part#'s used?
Did you dyno it yet? Is so who and where did you get it tuned?? I'm from Ventura County myself and I would like to get mine tuned. Thanks
We did get it dyno'd! Numbers are in the video 👊🏻. I'd get in touch with Bryce at Miller Speed Co. He's got a local guy who does great work. Let him know I sent you, I'm sure he'll get you sorted! 👍🏻
💯
Hey man how was the total labor and parts w dyno from miller speed co? I got quoted for 3571$ with jiffy tune with s&s 475 kit n power vision tune
I forget exactly what it was. But if you call Bryce and tell him that you came from one of my videos he'll help you out I'm sure!
What was the effect on your mileage?
Can you tell me the make of your engine crash guard . Thanks Mike
it's FreeDumb Fab 👍🏻
Can I ask why you went feuling cam plate and oil pump rather than going full s&s?
It was just the used kit I got. There is minimal difference between the two, you should be happy with either if you're thinking of making the switch!
@@CassidyCarson makes sense man. I haven't got either yet, hence the question. I think I'll go with the feuling cam plate and pump though!
@@GhostRider03 It's been working great for me!
Waiting to hear exhaust sound... (Music plays super loud)
Hmm, you keep eluding to the Cam, and the Cam is much better than that last (HD torque) Cam, but you should realize much of your improvement is coming simply from getting out of the Sceaming eagle tuner.. I installed a HD torque cam in my 2020 Road King, but I put a Power Vision tuner, and I didnt even dyno it and it pulls like a OX, rapid smooth torque and power feel all the way up to 85 (but i haven't had a chance to take it farther), but I suspect it will continue with a power pull to 100.. and most dont want to go beyond that anyway.. and most times, rides and smiles are built from idling on up to maybe 100mpr
That's honestly a great point. The thundermax I have in this thing now is definitely a whole different ball game. However, I will say that going from first having the HD Tuner and Cam, to the HD cam and Thundermax, then to this new cam, the jump in power has been the most significant with the new cam for sure!
@ut1004bp, I just bought a 2020 Street Glide and the previous owner did a full SE Stage 2 (SE tuner, SE torque cam). Are you telling me that just going from the SE tuner to a Power Vision will be a significant increase? Would love to hear more of your thoughts on where it felt stronger and what I should expect... thanx
@@TonyDL yea, going to a Power Vision tuner will unleash about another 10% torque and power..perhaps same or more with thundermax
@@ut1004bp Nice! Are you talking with the standard Stage 2 PV map or custom PV tune on the dyno?
@@TonyDL No dyno work done on either of my M8 touring bikes.. I'm using PV-2b, and a generic custom tune (about the same as a can tune) from Fuel Moto's arsenal of tunes, then ran a few autotunes using only the OEM narrow band o2 sensors. Both are running good and getting 46-50 mpg with no decel popping
