My girlfriend and I. We're cruising in my little dinghy (8ft) one day off from work and x we were going back home to pelican town in Alaska on lisianki inlet when a big whale surfaced about 10 ft or so from us. I don't know what type it was but it's eye was bigger than us and it was looking right at us ! I headed for shore , I was about 30 ft out and the water was cold I didn't want to be swimming in that !!!! !!
What a beautiful mamal it was we were in awe!!!! !

I think you should do some research. Patrick is a wombat. Besides the obvious leg and face differences, capybaras don't have those claws. It sucks when people incorrectly correct others.

I live near Philly. I was upstate, like an hour or so from State College and got to see elk like 10ft from me. It’s crazy when you come in contact with animals you’ve only seen pics of. I swam with dolphins too and even though you it’s dolphins, when those fins pop up next to you, your stomach drops.
Those isopods look like aliens. Imagine if that thing lived on land and it crawled on you.

Minor point …. Flying reptiles are (p)tero saurs from Greek for wing, not petro saurs (Latin for rock) plus saur, Greek for lizard or reptile

That was a poor way to state the Harpy eagle weights between male and female. It made it sound like males were 35.5% lighter that the female weight you gave of 27 pounds, which would have been 16 to 17 pounds. It took me a while to realize that you meant males were 35.5 % lighter than typical female weights. The typical female weights being 14-20 pounds.

I don't think the Big Pineapple should make the list. It's man made, not natural. Soon one that's bigger will be built and then another and another

Why are you showing other whales as if they are Blue Whales? Blue Whales do not eat fish, yet you showed us a whale eating fish while telling us about the Blue Whale.

  • @vernalc2449

That's a terrible thumbnail of an angler fish just to get the views, and just stating the length of something doesn't really give us an idea of "the actual size of things". The video would have been MUCH better with something to compare "the actual size" to, preferably side by side. Like a human.

I'm not sure what a 'petro-saur' is, I thought they were pterosaurs. Also, what was the point of bringing up the fact that a 'slave' helped with the Star-spangled banner? Nothing against her, but the narrator makes it sound like she had a 'choice', or that it was ironic that a slave was making a banner which stood for freedom... again, she was a slave, I don't think she had a lot of choice in the matter. Nothing against the individual, or showing them in a positive light. This is more of a dig against a narrator who is clueless.
That cruise ship does not RUN on liquid natural gas, it stores it in a liquid form, but it's not like gasoline. Now, I'm starting to remember why I quit watching crap from this channel.
