War Thunder sometimes feels like a game dominated by a revolving door of overpowered vehicles, with one tank in particular making a very big impression. The Soviet ZSU-57-2 is a tank destroyer masquerading as an SPAA.

I'm pretty sure that the "solid shot" rounds, were incorrectly implemented as APHE for the longest time, or Gaijin swaped the belts and implemented solid shot.
Because I remember it only ever firing APHE.
I found the report. Two years ago both rounds were identical and then one was changed to solid shot.
So for someone who hasn't played the vehicle in a long time, they easily could miss that it now has a solid AP belt.
It's the same vibe of Spookstan bringing HE in every tank he plays but never using it, no matter how helpful it would be in his current situation.😂
It’s always the dudes with 4 deaths and 1 assist that try to tk nukes with the excuse “you’re taking away from my grind”

You dying along with a bunch of enemies to their friendly Pe-8 is really the universe saying nothing will stop someone from killing you with CAS
My favorite thing about spookston is that he is somehow able to pinpoint a tank 500 meters Away, hidden behind 3 cars, 2 buildings and a corpse of a tank and then one shot it. Also that he is able to tell what kind of plane is hurling towards him based on 3 pixels.
Also he sounds more energic in the last few videos despite what he's going through. It makes me smile and happy. That mantlet rant from the last video lives in my head.
You would need a fourth of a grand to afford the spookston MONITOR alone. Oled 4k 240hz really makes good historical games playable.

The Chinese variant of this gets proximity fuze HE. Its totally OP. It shreds both Tanks with the APHE and Helicopters with the HE-VT

That one sits at 8.0 these ones sit at 7.0.
@@ideadlift20kg83 at 8.0 you see more Leopard1, AMX 30 and OF40s that you can absolutely delete with 151mm pen APCBC.
If anything the 8.0 placement is a buff rather than a nerf since you wont see any heavies bar some russians that can bounce you even sideways. At 7.0 you still get all russian, german and american heavies tvat when angled are invulnerable to your 57mm gun.
imagine the entire enemy team is just petting a l3, spookston shows up to drop the entire us arsenal onto him leaving no trace that an l3 was ever there

Attempt 51 Challenge: For high tier support a nations MBT with its respective APC/IFV counterpart (ie Abrams/Bradley, T90/BMP2M, etc.) Challenge is keeping the other player alive and supporting it without stealing kills (breaking barrels, tracking, repairing, etc) it being a random should help make it interesting.

Hey man. I just got out of the hospital (CT scan) and I cannot tell you how happy I was to see that you had uploaded, along with trekpas and kila and I knew that this day wouldn't be so bad. My dad's father also enjoys your content, too- he'd see a tank and remember some stories or maybe even occasionally a first-hand experience. Normally he doesn't remember a whole lot, so these memories coming back are quite reassuring to all of us.

They used the automatic system which is hilariously broken and will only use one spawn unless there is literally no space.
I have not the slightest clue how gaijin cannot address this, but they haven't.
To my knowledge its based on when you spawn, but thats just a guess based on experience

Especially because you cannot exactly decide to not use it. Do you manually select a point and risk the game screwing your decision over? Do you use automatic and the game still screws you over?

Hey spook, I've only been playing warthunder for around 2 months now. You are constantly playing new tanks so I watch your videos to get ideas on fun or goofy tanks to play . For a video suggestion maybe you can do a recap every few months or at the year end and highlight the tanks you've enjoyed playing with the most and mention some pros and cons while showing some clips of you using said tank. Keep making great content, I enjoy all your videos.
