Healthy food. Please won't it be a bit sour because of the bitor leaves? I thought it will be cooked separately and the bitor liquid will be discarded. Thank you

Thank you. With the alefu it won't be sour if the bitor leaves is less. But if the bitor leaves is more than the alefu you can cook it separately and discard the sour water.
