The take home for me from her video was the fact that the leaves of sweet potatoes were edible. Just around that time, I had some growing in my back and I have been doing a number of dishes with them.
Ingredients
sweet potato leaves
palm oil
stunk fish
onions
tomatoes
scotch bonnet pepper
smoked mackerel
eggs
powdered shrimp
salt
