How does it heat compared to a regular radiant style stove. I've never used a "convection" stove before. Will I need a fan? Does the entire stove radiate heat or just through convection port?
No fan is required. The heat convects from the air slots on the sides of the stove. As long as you have a fairly open floor plan, there is no problem getting heat to the other areas of the home.

What size wood does it use and also burn time?. Can it be used to keep a cabin warm overnight?
14" log and will burn up to 8 hours, yes it will keep it warm overnight.

No, the Concept 2 Air Mini does not have any domestic hot water capabilities.

Curious as to how to bake bread in this oven. With the rack position there doesn't seem to be enough height.
The rack can be adjusted.
@@ObadiahsWoodstovesTroy Nope. There is only one place the rack slides in on my stove. Would you put the rack on the bottom of the oven itself and if so, wouldn't that burn the bottom?

@@bati406 I can’t follow up with that because my stove was stolen from my house in addition to a wall mount gas heater. When I replace the stove, I’ll get a bigger one.

Yes, this would be a perfect stove for a tiny home, as it has a very small footprint. Its recommended for 200-1200 sq. ft.
Can you cook on the top of this oven
Yes, the cook top temperature is approx. 50 degrees less than baking oven temperature. With a max temp of approx. 500 degrees.
