would a 6 inch flex hose be long enough to heat up get a coupler in between 2 hard pipes that have no flex?? I currently have a rubber boot like your showing with clamps in between two hard pipes. Not sure if it will hold it's on a hot tub plumbing under high pressure

I have a very inefficient late 1800s era large home that has been costing me a liver to heat (gas and heat pumps) since I bought it. Am looking into a wood or coal stove. The Drolet site says the HT3000 pumps out over 300K BTU, which would awesome. But it also says its only meant to heat a 2400sf home??? Tat makes no sense. 300K BTU should heat a much larger home. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Any feedback would be appreciated, as I am new to this. Thanks!

Looking in from North Yorkshire, England - great looking stoves, we have no mains gas here so coal and wood stoves are a “must have” because our homes are generally smaller, so are our stoves, be very interested to see a video on the smaller models in the range. Great presentation - keep up the good work.

Did they by any chance fix the design issue on the handle on this model?

I wasn't aware that bark could contribute to dirty glass. From my experience having wood too close to the glass and cutting back airflow has darkened the glass but running a fire with full airflow clears it on it's own. I do know that by weight bark holds a higher caloric heat value than the wood fibers so I will continue burning it. Work smarter, not harder.

Can I have this dance ?

I have this same 820 SIT Valve. When I press in on PILOT, I get gas to the pilot, and to the main burner. Aside from that, it works normal. Of course this also means when you turn from ON to PILOT, it stays running. I don't care, because I'm happy to manually start and stop this only when I use it. I'm just unsure if there is a safety issue here? I'm starting to think this has a diaphragm in it that is ruptured, that could cause this?
