Chapter Two of 'Part Whatever' ;

In which I explain how I 'extend' a tartan top-band for a kilt which has been let-out from a 36" to a 42" waist.
I woke up to a heavy frost this morning and the shop was quite chilly - hence the watch-cap and wooly jumper!
