i feel the top 100 slowly coming...
He said its coming at the end of this month
Should be next week.
@@CanobieCoaster YES!!!!
Katun is such a great invert, it's a shame it's not very talked about. I especially like the last helix before the brakes, it's so intense on laterals and positives. Also great video I like how in depth you get without wasting too much time.
For me Katun was mid tier and proves small scale inverts are the better ones, katun had some force but not as much as a wanted and some inversions are in that awkward spot where they don't give hangtime or great whip
Katun really is underrated.
For me Katun’s standout feature is its first drop.
@@StamfordBridge Yeah, I think it's nice to have somewhat of a straight drop on an invert.
I feel like the pure vastness of this chain just in terms of how much they own is often overlooked. If you include their other properties they have properties from Hawaii, to the west coast, to the east coast, to Argentina, to western Europe, to northern Europe, to the UAE and even Vietnam.
They have such a diverse offering.
Great countdown 🙌
Thanks!
“This may be the weakest hydraulic launch coaster”
Matugani is laughing right now
I said may since I haven't ridden that one yet.
Nice to see my home park of Kennywood well represented :)
Awesome park.
Huracan's layout looks similar to Hersheypark's Fahrenheit. I wish Intamin tried their hand more at the Eurofighter style coaster. But Gerstlauer certainly does a good job!
They are sort of similar looking from the side.
My favorite is Boulder Dash at Lake Compounce, but Phantoms Revenge at Kennywood is a close second.
Two amazing rides.
Vast quality difference between the Palace Parks and the actual Parques parks. Especially since Palace/Parques had nothing to do with Phantom's Revenge, Boulder Dash and Monster. They were already there when they acquired those parks
Although we'll see how Wildcat runs in a few weeks with the thing fully redone with Gravity Group Prefab track.
Steel Curtain was a big investment to the chain's defense.
I feel like this chain as gotten more hate than IT Deserves. I have experience With the chain from my home park and my favorite park, Kennywood! While they are not perfect I think they are really good and are doing their best, and have only gotten better! The past 2 seasons at Kennywood have been the best yet, at least for me!
Their ops are inconsistent, but their parks are fun.
Great List. If I had to change one thing, it would be this and I'll do it in Boston Red Sox terms, I feel that Jack Rabbit should have made the Top 25 while Steel Curtain should have been either low 20s to being an honorable mention and my reason being is reliability.
Steel Curtain has all the fancy inversions, attitude, and stats necessary to be top-tier - like Chris Sale, but it's always broken down. Jack Rabbit is always ready to go., like a Mitch Moreland.
Now Mitch Moreland isn't a stat leader, but he was always in that line-up and remains a fan favorite.
I'll take old reliable over Greatness on the shelf until next month any day.
With that being said, I feel Boston got a steal when they signed Vaughn Grissom. I think he will be something notable come June and July.
Jack Rabbit has an epic moment, but it didn't have the complete rides of the other coasters on the list. I appreciate the baseball analogy, but the Red Sox will be awful this year.
I feel, the Sox got something special coming in Mid-May-June- Vaughn Grissom. He's definitely got talent that will improve that Sox infield.
I know how bad teams go, so I feel that - I'm in Detroit, so you already know hahha. I'm smitten by this Tigers team and I feel that they will make waves in 2024. Go Sox and Go Tigs! @@CanobieCoaster
Highly underrated chain, probably because their presence in the US is a far cry from CF and SF.
And their parks all feel different.
I can’t believe that roar-o-saurus is as rough as it is at a children’s park. It was the roughest coaster I rode in New England last summer.
The turns are a bit shaky, but I've never found it painful.
7:45 i went on gold rush last summer and I can tell you that the outer seats are no longer smooth and have a very strong vibration to them.
That's unfortunate. I haven't been on it in 5 years.
You should rank all of the parques reunidos parks
That video is out now.
@@CanobieCoaster You are too quick with your upload schedule 😭😭 idk how you do it, bravo. Especially because the videos are super high quality too
Did you hear that Do-dodonpa at Fuji hi q land in Japan has Permanently closed? i first saw this on a post by Theme park crazy.
I did. That launch was amazing.
My Rankings I've only been to Parque Warner Madrid Kennywood and Lake Compounce I've also only ridden 15 coasters
1 BGCE
2 Phantoms Revenge
3 Boulder Dash
4 Superman La Attraction De Accerio
5 Stunt Fall
6 Shadow's Of Arkham
7 Steel Curtain
8 Thunderbolt
9 Skyrocket
10 Jack Rabbit
11 Racer
12 Phobia Pear Coaster
13 Lil Phantom (LIL PHANTOM SUPREMACY)
14 Coaster Express (wasn't rough when I rode it but that layout is a$$)
15 Wildcat
You've been on the chain's 3 best coasters at least.
Honestly for some reason I thought Kennywood was a herschend park, it just has the feel as herschend entertainment parks like Dollywood or SDC
All these parks sort of feel different.
I think it's easily identifiable because of the bad operations
When is the top 100 coming?
Should be next week.
Spain is the place to go for this chain.
They have 2 parks worth visiting.
Canobie Coaster would say:
Tarantula at Parque de Atracciones de Madrid is a good Maurer spinning coaster. I like how this one has some large drops compared to most rides of its kind, and it spins plenty.
Movie Park Studio Tour is a unique multi-dimension coaster from Intamin. The coaster bits are quite mild, but...
It has good theming.
Where is Bandit?
Nowhere near this list.
2nd....great video.
Thanks!
Aaaaand they keep screwing Kennywood
I have had pleasant visits there.
@@CanobieCoaster same, but recent investments such as IROC are bringing it down, plus palace is money hungry, so every price is skyrocketing
first
Nice!
Canobie Coaster would say:
Thundercoaster at TusenFryd is a rare Vekoma wood coaster with a creative layout on a hill. There are some good airtime hills, but...
It jackhammers on the low turns.
Canobie Coaster would say:
I also want to list a few honorable mentions of notable rides that just missed the list:
Jack Rabbit at Kennywood has an amazing double down. That hill is one of the best airtime moments of any coaster, but...
It doesn't do much else.
Canobie Coaster would say:
Stunt Fall at Parque Warner Madrid is an intense Vekoma giant inverted boomerang. I love the vertical drops and this ride's power, but...
It is a bit uncomfortable.
Canobie Coaster would say:
Then there are two early Gerstlauer Eurofighters in Typhoon at Bobbejaanland and Vild Svinet at BonBon Land that just missed the list. I didn't find either ride rough. Their layouts...
Are fine.
I was asking you in this video the honorable mentions of coasters you'd expect to be on this list, but they were not.
For example, Tarantula at Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, Typhoon at Bobbejaanland, and Stunt Fall at Parque Warner Madrid. Why did you not place those three coasters in this video?
I think Stunt Fall looks wild.
Stunt Fall is intense, just a bit uncomfortable.
