Hey Everyone, In this video I’m trying an ice cubes on face for a week, to see whether it improve my skin or not and to see how this challenge will change my skin in a week.
Ice cube helps in many ways which i talked about in a video. Like reduce wrinkles, brighten the skin, reduce inflammation and more.
So how to use ice on your face was pretty simple, before using the ice cube on your skin, make sure to clean your skin with cleanser and before rubbing the ice cube l splash some water on it to melt it a little bit (prevent ice cube stuck on your skin and burn you). Then, I placed the ice cube carefully on my skin and massaged it in circular motions most of the time and for no longer than 1 minute on my face.
• Also, I use what compliments my skin but you can find a balance with what suits you. Always do a patch test to see if your skin is allergic to any of the products ingredients mentioned in the video. Everyone’s body and skin type are different, so result can vary from person to person.

Yep, just make sure to change the water daily and do not use more than a 30sec or a minute.

Always do patch test first then only use it. Also, do not use directly ice on face , make sure to use cotton cloth and do not rub ice more than 30seconds.
