The Most Epic Seoul Sports Trip...
Five games in four days? In Seoul of all places. I try to see if I can travel to South Korea and attend as many sporting events as possible. There is a lot of KBO games as well as a K League contest as well. I crisscross Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon in search of sports.
With a bunch of airline miles set to expire, I had originally planned to attend the Seoul Series between the Dodgers and Padres in March. However, the ticketing shortcomings meant that wasn’t possible, so I pivoted to a more Seoul-centric sports trip. And this weekend was the motherlode.
The Kiwoom Heroes had a Thursday Night home game at the Geochoek Sky Dome. Friday saw the Incheon Landers play at home. Saturday offered a KBO/K League double header with the LG Twins and Incheon United, while Sunday was a KT Wiz contest before a Sunday night flight.
As someone who loves maximizing sports trips with as many games as possible, it didn’t get any better than that lineup. Now, it wasn’t going to be easy, but I had to give it a shot.
There were plenty of misadventures with transit in Seoul. Attending all five sporting events over the course of four days was not going to be easy. In the end, South Korea was awesome and I certainly got my money's worth. But you will have to watch to see if I was up to the challenge.

Love the videos! I've been to most of the KBO stadiums and I would say Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan is my favorite out of all of them, with Jamsil being the close second.

What a great video. I'm glad you had the experience of going there. The baseball stadiums look really intimate.

Intimate is definitely the word to describe it. Even in the quote-unquote nosebleeds, you don't feel like you're so far away from the action.

You know, I was happily surprised that I could bring food and drinks in my cooler to the Sonoma Nascar race. I'm glad Korean baseball still allows this because it makes the experience so much better.

The fact general parking is still free at Sonoma for NASCAR weekend is impressive as well.

@@thetouchback Yeah, that too, now they need to bring back general seating, so you have to stake out the good seats 8 hours before the race starts
