- We know y’all go crazy for kitchen week so make some noise… the kitchen, dining and lounge reveal is coming in HOT!
The previous kitchen was teeny tiny and not at all practical for a family of five, so we set out to make them a bigger, better, beautiful new space to live and to entertain. The Bonnie and Ronnie dream team once again worked their design magic to create an eat-in kitchen that dreams are made of. It just oozes Hamptons charm!
The owners wanted open plan living, but with a structural wall smack bang in the middle of the space, we had to get creative. And we love how it turned out!

Oh wow, how creative- an all white kitchen. No one is doing that. Beyond that bit of sarcasm, I do like what they did with the lounge.
*Someone get these ladies a clothing brand too. I always love their style. That yellow/mustard colour dress Bonnie wore to go shopping was STUNNING. I’m too short to pull it off, I don’t suit maxi dresses or long skirts. But imagine them bringing out a clothing range, it’d look awesome!*
You could always hem the maxi dress to fit you. But agreed would love them to also start a clothing line.
I love the dress too!! She’s also not very tall. If you tier your hem with the front being shorter than the back, you can make a maxi really work for being petite. I do this often for my maxi dresses as I’m 5”1
Bon's dress is totally divine. It's from Spell. She often likes to tie up her maxi dresses on the side with a casual knot. You could do that if it's a bit long. xx

Three Birds Renovations Omg you noticed my comment. AND you took the time to reply. Thank you so much. I will probably be spending a fortune on there soon then. But definitely think about a clothing range. Call it something like “The Three Birds Range” you could have 3 styles within it Bonnies, Lana and Erin. Have each style different. But make sure it’s something you’d all wear and your own styles. I’d buy it for sure. Every episode I’m admiring you beautiful women’s clothes!

haha this seems to be #1 FAQ from this episode!! The sharknose handles was just one of many ideas Bon threw out on the table ... but then she discovered the gorgeous satin chrome knobs and shell cup handles that perfectly brought to life our vision. We didn't have the cameras rolling in that moment but probably should have circled back to explain that final decision!!
I'm hoping Erins reno is up next?

Lana imitating and teasing Bonnie @0:59, @2:36 is so funny! Apart from the house design, I enjoyed seeing the ladies's outfits. They look really effortless but chic at the same time.

It looks absolutely gorgeous, and totally has that beach house/cottage going. That blue on the island is everything. If I lived in Australia, I'd totally hire you ladies.

These ladies are absolutely amazing at designing and styling! When they said they were doing a blue kitchen I was like “Noooo!” But because it’s so light blue, you don’t notice it too much. Plus the blue accents like the striped cushions on that breakfast/eating nook helps tie it in too. I like the window wall and would have NEVER thought to do it personally. I think that white linen sofa just looks messy personally. But I get with the kids it’s good that they can wash it.

People just don't realize how much more work an all-white kitchen is to keep clean.....esp. with a family of five. I have to totally wash my white cupboards down every single week!

I loved the design and the finishes, the only thing I did not like is that would want a more defined dining room in a house, this dining space looked more like a breakfast nook.
But they couldn’t put an extension on and they can’t magic space so.....
I said it’s a feature of the house, beside the thing I like, that I do not like ....not that they should have done it differently.... I specifically said in “a” house per general, not in “this” house...
Yes this was the best we could do with the space available to us. Because of this we've made a real feature of the outdoor dining space which we reveal in the final episode!!

"Colour me Hamptons" and the house is white, on white, on white, a tiny little hint of blue, as if they where painting the island white with an used brush lol if these ladies saw my charcoal grey living room they would probably have a stroke

IKR this is not Hamptons and is nothing like Hamptons style, it's just Australian coastal Hamptons is quite luxurious and ornate and uses a lot of very sophisticated colours like navy and dark greys and greens, and lots of detail like stripes. It is also more formal than coastal style. Also if you're going to use all white, you have to create contrast via changes in texture. You should study how trained qualified designers achieve this.
Rodrigo I get what you’re saying but also if you look at all the natural lighting and windows you see how bright and nice and airy it is. Yes they should have called it something different but also it does work well.

I have a love hate relationship with all of these episodes and designs ladies. As much as I love each and everyone of them. I die a little and hate the fact that none of the homes you’re showcasing is mine. 💗💗💗😍😍😍 you girls are just giving me total design inspiration for the new house hubs and I are building. Please do more features on overall design concept eg why the lovers lounge and why the colour of the island and not white etc. Is it selfish to want to understand that wonderful design brain of yours Bon. The window wall and dining nook are my absolute favourite 😍 and the colour of the island… that blue is breathtaking. I’ve watched this video so many times but zoom to the end. I love this kitchen lounge dining space. Simply beautiful and totally functional!

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the sink. Is it a large farmhouse sink? I couldn't tell. Is there a dishwasher? If not, that's a problem if the sink is less than the size of a farmhouse. Even if there is, I will never understand what home needs one little sink. DISHES! MEAT!

everything is white. very pretty for now. in a few years if they dont maintain it the outside of the house will be green and for the inside it is just unrealistic to have everything white with 3 small childern give it a week and the couch would have a spot on
