For our 11th house it was time to mix things up a little. We asked our brave homeowners to handover their keys, their budget and full creative control… to us!
They have no say… zip zilch zero.
We sent them on their merry way and jumped into action to create the family home they’ve always dreamed of.

Lol, I know, I thought the exact same!! I live in a building that is almost 50 years old and it's considered fairly new here in Italy.
I love your show not just for the beautiful builds and perfect editing of the videos but also because you guys don't go for the usual "fake-drama" of renovation shows on TV. I mean I'm sure there are always hick-ups along the way but you guys don't make an entire episode out of them and make us viewers feel stressed out. Its just so wholesome and relaxing to watch!

Not sure why there are quite a few comments complaining about another white(ish) house. That's the TBR signature style, it's beautiful and they're sticking to it. If it's not for you, that's completely fine, but maybe don't watch anymore if it's boring you so much. You do you ladies! Killing it x

The day bed is lovely but a closet to put coats and shoes would have been more practical... especially with kids
Beautiful house and entryway. And I love the «new» way of showing us the house. I like when I get to se more «before» shots and when I get a feel for the layout of the house.

I am obsessed with the colour me Hampton series. I watch the videos over and over again and I modelled my kitchen and what you did because you inspired me. However, I don’t understand the entryway to the house. You have two seating areas. I would’ve preferred to seeing it furnished because I always like somewhere to put my keys and things as I walk in the house. There’s nowhere to put your stuff .
I think they have a addiction to the color white
I really like white, but I think this is a bit too much white on the outside... when the sun shines on it, you will get blind xD
The tiles look great! Also, I really like the different textures!
Great design but I feel like there should have been some sort of storage element in the entrance! Maybe a console to the left as you enter so you can place your keys or mail as you enter! Or remove the day bed and add some built in shoes storage! Too many seating in just the foyer! )Plus you already had a HUGE day bed in the next room!

😍😍 Next house can we get much longer episodes. Loved the insert with the fam just kinda wished we knew a little a bit why you (Bonnie) came up with the Hampton’s-Cape Cod style house design when you did the first look at your house. Or what made you choose the tile etc. Especially because you got the Carte Blanche to design without the home owners input. Other than that total 😍😍 and I cannot wait for the episodes to come.
This SHOW shows what a big part good builders are to get these amazing results and how important the builders are and that you really appreciate their work. They do such amazing work and making your brillant design and everything come into form.

I like your channel. It's inspire but I think you should tell about the budget for each reno you do. So ppl would have an idea of saving /equity they should have before planning for reno.
Love it however rather than a day bed how about a nice chest of drawers where you can drop off your keys, mail etc?

Despite what others may say “I LOVE WHITE” My first home, had purple walls with green skirting boards and that was the hallway! Salmon Pink lounge/dining room, green kitchen, blue bedroom... all with their matching coloured skirts (but darker). So I LOVE WHITE! 😄 the way you add the muted colours and accents to each rooms is on point with my taste.

I know how you feel Bonnie! Use the same retouch for a while now when I first seen you use it, thanks for the tip! But I am now working with my greys, as a blonde, I am now a very ash blonde! Lets see how the regrowth looks though. God you girls are clever btw. SO wish you could jump on board the Tiny House train.

Love this transformation. Those tiles! LOVE them. In place of the day bed I would've done a built in hall table with drawers, for practical reasons. Somewhere to hide keys and stuff we like to dump when we walk in the front door. That's what I love about renos, so many options.

Third Birds use a lot of white, white and white. White roof, white walls, white pots etc. I love whites but the only question on my mind is a few years down the track, will moss grow on the white roof? How often does the white roof need to be washed to look this good all the time?

I love the decorative tile and the opening up of the space, I just think the all white outside and the white roof will not hold up good over time. I hoped this time around there would be more color. Especially with a roof, you can go darker...
Also the painting of the beautiful timber was a mistake ein my eyes
